In 2012, as part of the Inframerica Concessionaria do Aeroporto do Brasilia S.A. we were awarded the concession to operate the Presidente Juscelino Kubitschek Airport located in Brasilia, Brazil’s capital city. The Brasilia Airport has an annual traffic of 17.9 million passengers, making it Brazil’s third largest airport in terms of passenger traffic. The company has added 53,000 square meters of terminal space and 308,000 square meters in runway, platform and taxiway, which added 28 airport positions, 16 boarding gates and 24 check-in desks. Because of its geographic location in the central region of the country and its location in the federal capital of Brazil, the Brasilia Airport offers direct and daily flights to all 26 Brazilian state capitals. In addition, it currently serves 6 international routes to United States, Argentina, Portugal, Dominican Republic and Panama. The Brasilia Airport is the only airport in South America capable of operating two runways simultaneously.
