Passengers at AA2000 airports up 2.8% in September

Aeropuertos Argentina 2000 reports that 3,234,883 passengers passed through the airports under its management in September, 2.8 percent more than the same month last year. Domestic traffic was up 10%, totalling 2,118,694 passengers, while international flights carried 8.7% less people (1,009,318).Aeropqrque Jorge Newbery, the main airport of the concession, registered a 10.6% fall to 1,111,591 passengers while Ezeiza International Airport experienced a 1.1% rise to 817,998 passengers. El Palomar added 82,632 passengers to the total while all others used the 31 inland airports of the 34 which Aeropuertos Argentina 2000 runs in Argentina within Corporación América, one of the world's biggest operators which administers such important airports as Brasilia, Guayaquil, Punta del Este and Montevideo.
