Since 2001, Aeropuertos del Neuquén S.A. has been responsible for the administration and operation of Neuquén International Airport "Presidente Perón".

In 2007, the company completed the renovation work aimed at improving the operating capacity, offering top-quality services and reaching international standards. The airport boasts a technologically advanced runway that complies with international requirements set by OACI, IATA and by national agencies. During the year 2019, 1.2 million passengers used the Neuquén Airport.
